- [15:17] Dopamine is buddies with testosterone. Testosterone increases dopamine levels. Dopamine gives us the motivation to go out and do things.
- [18:05] After about six to eight weeks of optimizing testosterone, dopamine, and a few other things usually men are having more sex drive, more interest in their hobbies, and more interest and focus in their work.
