On today’s episode, I have another customer success series episode. Today and the show, I have Nicole Jardim. Nicole and I worked together over this year to launch her book, Fix Your Period, and an accompanying group coaching program. It was definitely an interesting time beginning this project and being in the depths of this project while the world was changing with COVID. It was very challenging and we had to make lots of different pivots, but in the end, her book was very successful in the launch and led to a powerful program that has totally transformed how Nicole is running her business and where she’s at coming into 2021. We are going to break all of that down for you.
Nicole Jardim is a Certified Women’s Health and Functional Nutrition Coach with a specialty in hormonal and reproductive health. In 2010 she trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a health coach. Shortly after that, she completed a 3-month apprenticeship at a women’s holistic health center in New York City. She then did a 1-year training program with Dr. Sara Gottfried, MD (author of The Hormone Cure & The Hormone Reset Diet). She followed that up with an additional 1-year women’s health and nutrition coaching certification program with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. In 2016 she completed a 1-year training program with the Kresser Institute for Functional and Evolutionary Medicine. And finally, she is pursuing my national certification to become a licensed health coach!

- [19:31] The use of language is so important and making what we are sharing more relatable and easier to digest or understand.
- [20:48] They took concepts she had already taught about a million times and refreshed them and made them super exciting for people.
