- [20:02] When you are going to lead someone you need to have a multidisciplinary mindset.
- [22:28] We don’t just need somebody with skills or experience. We want somebody we can connect with and trust.
- [25:00] The great distinction in sales is when you can put up barriers instead of trying so hard to prove your value to people.
- [27:14] Sometimes in the early stages you have to do what you have got to do.
- [27:46] A beautiful business is where everybody aligns with the core values and the vision. It makes the business way more enjoyable to run.
- [28:42] Nothing can be perfect. Done is better than perfect. Give yourself permission to be imperfect. It will be messy at first.
