[11:58] Building a system for everything in your life regardless of if you are going to outsource it is a really smart way to do it.
[14:55] Put the same kind of energy into those outside things that don’t have a revenue outcome. They can be things you just enjoy doing.
[20:02] When you are going to lead someone you need to have a multidisciplinary mindset.
[22:28] We don’t just need somebody with skills or experience. We want somebody we can connect with and trust.
[25:00] The great distinction in sales is when you can put up barriers instead of trying so hard to prove your value to people.
[27:14] Sometimes in the early stages you have to do what you have got to do.
[27:46] A beautiful business is where everybody aligns with the core values and the vision. It makes the business way more enjoyable to run.
[28:42] Nothing can be perfect. Done is better than perfect. Give yourself permission to be imperfect. It will be messy at first.
