With Michael, we are going to be talking about creating extraordinary moments throughout all areas of your business, all interactions with your clients and prospects that will create a deeper bond, residence, and sense of trust that will activate what he describes as the limbic system of your brain instead of the logical thinking part of the brain.
There are so many little ways that you can create these experiences throughout your work with people that will create more word of mouth referrals that will have more people talking about you, wanting to buy from you again, and it creates a tremendous amount of momentum in your business. - [16:37] When you think about moments you have within your business, are we just doing good or great moments or are we trying to take them to these wow moments?
- [18:13] When you create wow moments and you activate extraordinary moments throughout your business there is something you are actually doing. You are creating this loyalty and trust that words can’t do.
- [20:01] We have to be great at creating feelings in others.
- [23:34] Three things have to happen before someone becomes a client for yours. They need to resonate with you therefore they respect you and what you do, therefore they are inspired by you to change.
- [25:11] How are we deepening our relationship with the people who are in our pipeline?
- [30:03] You need to share how you are and what you’re about to be able to attract your people and that is why people resonate with you or not.
- [31:31] The limbic part of the brain controls all human behavior and decision-making. It is feeling-based.
- [32:33] Just be you and just know that what you're trying to do is get the right sort of people to run towards you and the wrong sort of people to run away from you as fast as possible.
- [34:24] If you actually want to transform your referrals it is about activating extraordinary moments.
- [36:44] Someone needs to be inspired by you. Someone can’t be inspired by you if you’re not inspirational yourself. What can you do to be inspirational to other people?
- [39:26] Be selfless and give everything to absolutely every person and every single conversation your in from a thrive mentality rather than a survival mentality and now you are being inspirational without having to do anything extra.
- [40:51] No matter where you are in your business ask yourself how could you be more extraordinary today in just one moment.
- [42:34] It is the moments in business that you made someone feel a particular way that they truly remember.
