About a year ago I hosted a summit with over 40 guest speakers called The High Ticket Wellness Summit. It was a treasure trove of great information, particularly for health and wellness experts but this is great for anybody in the coaching or entrepreneurship space. I am sharing a few of the gems from that event.
Today I am excited to share with you one of my favorite colleagues in the world of marketing and business, Jenn Malecha. I have worked with her on many different levels. We have collaborated in many different ways and every conversation we have recorded is filled with gems and this one is no different. Today we are going to be talking about simple systems that you can use in your business to scale up how many clients you can serve and the results that you get for your clients without you working hard or more time.

- [01:54] Jenn Malecha is a certified FDN practitioner, personal trainer, master transformational coach, and business mentor for FDNs.
- [05:08] Utilize your story as your number one marketing tool that you have in your back pocket. Your story is unique to you.
- [06:27] The greatest transformation happens when we build trust and rapport with our clients. One of the ways we do that is by the ways we deliver our services to them.
- [08:24] Getting rid of distractions is the first place to start. Then put yourself in your client's shoes. What kind of experience would I like to have?
- [09:44] If we have a very clear message it is going to create clarity for our clients and they can see clearly what we have to offer and how we can help them. Have concise packages that are easy to comprehend and understand.
- [11:16] Be consistent with getting yourself out there, sharing your clear message, and being consistent with the service you deliver.
- [13:30] You don’t want three completely different service offerings. You have your top-end product and then have downsells if that top-end product isn’t an option for them.
- [14:16] Have integrity and authentication in what you are offering.
- [17:43] You only want to target 3% of the market. You are not divinely aligned to help everybody. When we are trying to help everybody, it actually drains us.
- [19:27] Not everyone is ready, willing, and able to receive help so we have to use discernment with that.
- [21:42] When we niche down into our 3%, those people will see the value in what we have to offer and they are going to be willing to pay for the higher-price programs. It is going to be easy for you to enroll in your higher-price programs because of the connection you already have with them.
- [22:44] Exceptional Service sells itself. If we provide amazing service it is going to sell itself.
- [23:10] Your business is only as solid as your ability to deliver. Our clients that we serve well are naturally going to refer to us and be our biggest fans and cheerleaders. Client retention and service are very critical.
- [23:57] We want enrollment to be easy. Then we need to have clear next steps or instructions (welcome instructions and emails).
- [25:41] Be organized and detailed for you and the client. Encourage the client to engage in your service offers that are going to provide them the solutions.
- [29:06] If we are not owning our self-worth and pricing our packages and offerings appropriately that is going to be reflected back in our clients.
