Today on the show she is going to share some intimate and powerful stories of the subtle self-sabotage that many of her coaching clients experience and she is going to share some similar stories from her own life. There is a ton of great insight. Whether you are a leader in your field or a coach who is aspiring to serve very high-level clients this is going to be an action-packed episode for you.
We discuss:
- [02:46] Celinne shares her defining moment. She shares her experience being in a clinic in Fiji and finding out she had a cyst on her ovary.
- [06:15] It was a defining moment in her life and career where she realized she couldn’t continue to live her life this way. She also realized that her health was non-negotiable.
- [08:17] She decided that her career will thrive and flourish and she gets to take herself, her joy, and the beauty of her life together with her on every step.
- [10:31] Every step is meant to be felt. It is about how you feel in every step and walking every step in love.
- [14:37] The way you feel and who you are as you are creating it deeply matters and it will translate into whatever it is you do.
- [16:16] The first step is understanding where the patterns are coming from.
- [20:44] Often people come in a contractive state because they don’t want to be stuck but they don’t want to change either. Part of her work is loosening up that space so big changes happen.
- [21:28] The first phase is about identifying the biggest blocks and where the contraction is coming from.
- [23:09] When you start to open someone to the possibilities of what they want that is when the work begins of allowing someone to make significant changes, let go of the trauma, say yes to their soul purpose, and actually start to shape their life accordingly.
- [27:03] It is a matter of trust and letting them invest in the process.
- [28:49] Our story is worth telling and our voice is important.
- [30:17] You need to figure out and understand yourself better and where your own limitations are and actually do the work to overcome those. It is going to expand you into the next level of your service and your wellbeing within yourself.
- [33:47] Who would you be when you get to that space of $100,000?
- [35:58] It is not about your experience it is about the transformation you provide.
- [37:42] My secret sauce is that I care. Love transforms all.
- [40:46] You need to get clear on your soul purpose, what it means for you, who you want to serve, and how you want to serve them.
- [45:18] When there is a lot going on the first thing we do is abandon ourselves and get caught up in everything that is going on in our life. We can start by looking at the number one thing that is sticking right now.
- [47:42] Once you get past releasing somatically whatever is feeling stuck in your nervous system the next piece is to respond.
- [48:57] The next piece is to rewrite the belief system that was running beforehand. We need to make a decision about how we are going to prevent the story from happening in the future. The last piece is rejoicing and often forgotten.
